The More the Merrier
Although we are disappointed to not be able to hold the physical conference, the added benefit for you and your teams in unlimited attendance. You will not be limited to your submitted headcount and there will be no additional fee for more participants.

OEM Representatives will be critical to our virtual discussions. We ask that you make every effort to get the correct person to participate in the breakouts. You can find more about roles and responsibilities in the guidelines.

Connecting With Zoom
NASB will be hosted via Zoom. This easy-to-use online platform will allow participants to attend sessions throughout the event.

Participants will register for their desired sessions in advance. As the date gets closer, you will be sent individual links for each session, via Zoom. Keep an eye out in case they go to your spam folder! Please note that personal links are for one user only and cannot be shared.

Please note that to accommodate our attendees who will be participating from across the country we will kick off each full day at 10:00 am eastern. Download Zoom on your computer or phone prior to the conference at the links below:

• Carlisle facilitators will be using video so that you can see us, and we encourage all OEM Reps to use their video too!
• We recommend OEM Reps use the computer audio (through a headset is best). OEM Reps can join by phone, but due to the high volume of people using Zoom, may experience connection issues.
• Audience members will join with a muted line, and will be able to ask questions through the Q&A function
• Each session will begin with a short briefing on how to get the most out of the online platform by using the Q&A function and other features.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy
All cancellations must be received no later than May 15th. However, substitutions are welcome up to 24 hours prior to the Conference.
